LossAndFoundXO is a free resource website that offers emotional support for those in need. We publish stories from our friends and family, emotional health tips and mental health guides on our site.
LossAndFoundXO was founded in 2016 and is one of the trusted online content publishers, producing premium content that is designed to educate and inform a wide range if audience.
The team is made up of a group of volunteers, previously from a grief support group based in Chicago. While we each have our own story to tell, we are proud to say that we have helped many through their darkest time.
If you’re someone who have just lost a loved one or a beloved pet, don’t give up on life. You have the strength to carry on. Time and acceptance will heal all wounds!

Janice has over a decade experience in counseling. She is a teacher by profession and has recently completed her post-graduate Diploma in Psychology. She spends most of her free time crocheting and knitting.

Erik works as HR in a global MNC where he is the overall in charge of employee benefits. He is a strong activist against workplace bully and is the key mediator of workplace conflict at his firm. Eriks spends most of his free time gardening – where he finds peace within the greens.

Cynthia is currently a digital nomad who left her previous life behind to travel the world. Previously a registered nurse, she understood how short life was and decided to live her life to the fullest.
